Successful stakeholder engagement can make or break a UX project. Stakeholders need to be informed of the status of and plans for a project, but their time and attention can be at a premium. Incorporating data visualizations into communication can increase engagement and reduce confusion. This session will explore the power of visualizations when communicating with internal and external stakeholders and will share best practices for using visualizations in different types of documents.
