Feedback form is now closed.
In 2018, the MIT Libraries developed "proto-personas" to help us understand our users' needs, especially those that are evolving or have been underserved in the past. We will share
  • how we created them with minimal user research,
  • how we are using them to strengthen project proposals, define gaps and priorities, and load-balance and prioritize in the project approval process,
  • what steps we took to mitigate bias,
  • the "universal user needs checklist" we developed.
