Generating buy-in and integrating feedback from library colleagues is challenging in a major library website redesign project. Is it possible to facilitate largescale data-driven discussions with actionable outcomes? How do you keep internal stakeholders involved without derailing the project? This presentation will demonstrate how in-person and online feedback mechanisms rooted in instructional design are being used at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Library to foster meaningful library staff input while maintaining project momentum.
