How helpful is library "help" content? For decades, libraries have created instruction and help content in a number of formats and on a range of topics, but have struggled to develop a coherent user support strategy that balances the different learning styles and needs of library users. This session will explore this problem in order to build a better foundation for understanding how support content should factor into the overall user experience.
