Gathering data from users is central to the design of physical and virtual spaces that meet the needs of the users. Surveys are a robust and scalable solution for gathering data from users, but the data generated by surveys can be messy and structured in a way that is difficult to analyze and visualize. This seminar will cover components of Duke University's two-year workflow for satisfaction surveys, including demonstrations of analysis tools like Airtable and Tableau.
