Although UX testing and design is very popular in academic libraries, the prevalence of these practices in small academic libraries is unknown. The MGH Institute of Health Professions librarians distributed a survey asking small academic libraries about recent and future UX activities and barriers they encountered. During this session, we will explore the results of this survey and generate discussion about the special needs of small libraries when it comes to UX testing and design.
