User-centered design and service design are more than just buzzwords in the library community. They are becoming common research methodologies for library design teams to take in understanding the user experience. This session will cover how to speak to the benefits of employing a user-centered or service design approach with your library administration and library staff members. The sessions speakers will share perspectives from a small liberal arts college and large state universities.
